Aroma/Flavour: Cucumber-like aroma and taste
Ideal with: Squash, strawberries, and tomatoes
Popular in dishes: Soup, ravioli, salad, and a borage chimichurri
Properties: Treat fever, asthma, bronchitis, pleurisy, colds, flu and as a Digestive
How to use: Add fresh to salads, use in stocks, soups and stews, or brew to make a refreshing tea.
