Public Notice for the Capital Reduction of Green Tissue Culture Laboratory PLC     23 May 2024

Green Tissue Culture Laboratory PLC, (hereinafter referred to as the “Company,”) is registered under Commercial Registration No. MT/AA/2/0019774/200, and addressed at Oromia Region, East Shewa Zone, Koftu Kebele, House No. New. The Company is currently undergoing a reduction of its existing capital from ETB 23,200,000.00 (Twenty-three million two hundred thousand Birr) to 6,456,564.31 (Six million four hundred fifty-six thousand five hundred sixty-four and thirty-one cent). This decision was passed by the Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company held on 20 May 2024 and executed before the Ethiopian Investment Commission as per the Commercial Code of Ethiopia.

Therefore, we hereby notify any claimants for debt or anyone against the reduction of the Company’s capital to apply in person at the following address: Addis Ababa, Kirkos Sub-city, Woreda 09, and House No. 1146, Ethiopia.
